As humans we have a limited amount of working mental energy. So we need to conserve it so we can focus them in on the things that really need them..

Little decisions… (such as, What imma eat? What imma wear? What time should I wake up tomorrow? etc.) 💭DRAIN our mental energy.
So if we automate them – we can preserve a lot of our brain power 💡for the things that actually need our thinking power.
If you ever feel mentally overwhelmed or “busy” before you even “did” anything. Start “PRE-DECIDING” on those small decisions in your life to create FLOW & don’t have to think about too much every time.
One week I “pre-decided” I would just eat the same breakfast combo each day. Because I realized too much of my morning time was spent in staring 👀 into the fridge wondering what I’d like. Or putting stuff back because I changed my mind. To the point where I’m like “wtff. Why are my precious brain cells being consumed in this”.
Or I remember I used to try and just remember when certain bills were due instead of auto-mating them #fail.
Last winter I decided to wear pretty much the same exact combo daily (I’m not saying you have to do this) to avoid thinking about what I have to wear because I have more important stuff to worry about. I purchased the same exact shirt and sweater multiple times in just diff colors (no I didn’t go to the extreme of one color but hey I respect that too).
As humans we have a limited amount of working mental energy. So we need to conserve it so we can focus them in on the things that really need them.
Who else can relate to feeling like you waste too much time in deciding on minute things that by the same you need to do purposeful work – your mentally “tired”? 😩.
It’s time to: SYSTEMATIZE THE SMALL/TRIVIAL DECISIONS TO CREATE MENTAL SPACE FOR THE BIG/ESSENTIAL DECISIONS
So queens – which parts of your life will you or have you ritualized, and put on autopilot so you can free your mind from thinking too much on it?-Catherine
